From the Founder
I originally created COMPANY on Bonk before people were really thinking about on-chain companies as a serious concept. It wasn't a brand or a long-term plan at the time. I was interested in whether a company itself could exist purely on-chain and be valued directly by the market, without starting with assets, revenue, or private ownership.
At one point, someone accidentally fat fingered a $1.2 million buy, and that single trade pushed COMPANY past a $20 million market cap almost instantly. Nothing about the project changed in that moment. There was no announcement or new direction. What changed was how people understood it. Once the idea clicked, the market moved on its own.
After that, it stopped feeling like an experiment.
The first version eventually faded, and that was expected. It proved the concept, but the timing was early and the ecosystem was not ready to support something like this long term. There was no infrastructure, no precedent, and no shared understanding of what an on-chain company could really be.
Now the environment is different. Bonk has matured, on-chain narratives are better understood, and with the success of Disclaimer Coin, it feels like the right time to bring COMPANY back and finish what was started. This is not a reboot for nostalgia. It is a continuation with clearer intent and better structure.
This time, COMPANY is being built deliberately as a real on-chain public company. I am in the process of registering an LLC tied to the project, not to turn it into a traditional business, but to anchor the on-chain entity to something real in the world. The company starts with nothing. No assets, no revenue, no private cap table. Just a transparent on-chain structure and a market that decides what it is worth.
The goal is ambitious and simple at the same time.
I want to build the first on-chain company backed by absolutely nothing that reaches a valuation of one billion dollars. No shortcuts. No hidden backing. Just belief, coordination, and time.
