COMPANY
The First On-Chain Company Aiming for $1,000,000,000 Valuation
COMPANY began with nothing but an idea and a contract.
No offices. No venture capital. No private ownership.
What's the lore?
The Original Experiment
COMPANY first launched on Bonk as a pure thought experiment: could a company exist entirely on-chain, valued by the market alone, with no assets, no revenue, no private ownership?
The $1.2M Accident
A single fat-fingered buy pushed the market cap past $20M instantly. Nothing about the project changed. But how people understood it did. The market validated the concept in real time.
Version 2.0 Is Different
I'm returning to continue what I started. The first run faded not because the vision failed but because timing mattered. Bonk lost mindshare at that moment and the ecosystem was not ready for what this was meant to become. Narratives were early, infrastructure was thin, and attention moved faster than foundations could be built.
That has changed. Bonk has matured and on-chain narratives are now understood. This version is deliberate and structured. The founder is registering a real LLC not to become a traditional company but to anchor the on-chain entity to reality. This is being designed to behave like a company while remaining fully on-chain with shareholder-style dividends, snowball tech fee structures, creator-fee market making, and long-term liquidity alignment built in from the start.
This is not a restart. It is a continuation with intent. This time there is structure, discipline, and a clear objective. We are aiming for $1,000,000,000.
A memecoin that behaves like a company.
A company that behaves like a meme.
Backed by nothing but belief.
